Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services utilize advanced Termidor liquid and foam applications, proven to eliminate entire colonies through a transfer effect. Treatments target soil barriers, wall voids, and wood structures, providing long-lasting protection. We conduct thorough inspections to identify infestation points and customize solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Carpenter Ant Control
Carpenter ant control combines targeted treatments using Termidor and Phantom sprays with direct colony elimination. Our technicians locate nests in moist wood structures and apply dust formulations to wall voids. The transfer effect ensures complete colony eradication within days, preventing structural damage to properties.
Termite Inspections
Comprehensive termite inspections by NJPMA credentialed professionals identify active infestations and damage patterns. We examine foundation walls, subfloors, and vulnerable wood structures, providing detailed reports with treatment recommendations. Inspections are available for real estate transactions and annual warranty maintenance.
Advance Termite Bait System
The Advance Termite Bait System uses dual-stage stations with Puri-Cell bait matrix to eliminate colonies. Installed around property perimeters, these low-profile stations attract termites through odorless bait that spreads through colonies. Quarterly monitoring ensures ongoing protection without requiring interior treatments.
Foam Treatments
Foam treatments deliver Termidor and Bora-Care into hard-to-reach areas like wall voids and sub-slab gaps. The expanding foam ensures complete coverage in irregular spaces, creating effective barriers against termites while minimizing chemical usage compared to traditional liquid treatments.
