Services
Termite Protection
Our termite protection services use Sentricon Always Active technology to eliminate colonies at the source. Technicians identify entry points and install monitoring stations that target queens, stopping infestations before structural damage occurs. Treatments work continuously in hidden areas like walls and foundations, providing long-term defense against Georgia's subterranean termites. Annual inspections ensure ongoing protection for residential and commercial properties.
Mosquito Control
Mosquito control combines barrier treatments and larvicide applications to reduce populations by 90%+. Our Bite Block service targets breeding areas in yards while using growth regulators to disrupt life cycles. Treatments focus on shaded vegetation and standing water zones, creating protective zones around homes. Monthly applications maintain effectiveness through Georgia's warm seasons, allowing outdoor enjoyment without chemical overexposure.
Rodent Control
Rodent control addresses infestations through comprehensive inspections identifying entry points and nesting areas. Technicians install exclusion barriers and use humane trapping methods followed by sanitation recommendations. Services include attic and crawlspace decontamination, replacing damaged insulation, and sealing gaps larger than 1/4 inch. Follow-up visits ensure complete eradication of mice and rat populations in Georgia homes.
Crawl Space Inspections
Professional crawlspace inspections identify moisture issues and pest entry points that threaten structural integrity. Technicians check for water intrusion signs, wood decay fungi, and pest activity in hard-to-reach areas. Recommendations include vapor barrier installation, drainage improvements, and targeted pest treatments. Annual inspections prevent costly repairs by addressing conditions that attract termites and wood-destroying organisms.
T.A.P. Attic Insulation
T.A.P. (Thermal Acoustical Pest Control) insulation combines energy efficiency with pest deterrence in attic spaces. This cellulose-based insulation contains boric acid that kills insects on contact while improving R-values. Technicians remove old insulation, treat infestation sites, and install T.A.P. to depths meeting Georgia's climate zone requirements. The solution reduces pest activity by 80% while lowering energy bills and noise transmission.
