At Live Oak Pest Control, we take pride in our history as a locally owned company since 1972. Our story began with Bob and Frances McGranahan, who started the business with just one truck and Bob as the only service technician and salesman. Today, we have grown to employ 40 individuals, operate a fleet of 17 service trucks, and provide pest control, lawn, and termite services to thousands of customers in fourteen North Central Florida counties.

Our difference lies in our commitment to customer service, safety, and education. Our Pest Specialists undergo 160 hours of education, product safety, customer service training, and testing before they serve our customers. They have clean backgrounds, clean driving records, an exceptional work ethic, and a great attitude. Our Customer Service Specialists are an integral part of our team, working with customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring everything runs efficiently each day.
