Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services use baiting systems and liquid treatments to eliminate colonies and prevent structural damage. Certified inspectors identify infestations through WDO reports, targeting subterranean and Formosan termites with EPA-approved solutions. We focus on long-term protection for residential and commercial properties.
Mosquito Barrier
This seasonal service applies targeted treatments to reduce mosquito populations from April through September. We treat breeding areas around homes and businesses, decreasing pest activity by up to 90% while using environmentally safe products for outdoor spaces.
Pest Prevention
Our preventive programs include structural inspections, exclusion repairs, and sanitation recommendations. By sealing entry points and addressing conducive conditions, we minimize pest activity for ants, spiders, rodents, and other common invaders in residential and commercial settings.
WDO Inspections
Certified inspectors conduct Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections for real estate transactions, issuing CL-100/WDIR-100 reports. These detailed assessments identify termite damage, fungal decay, and pest activity to meet closing requirements for homeowners and investors.
Exclusion Repairs
We seal gaps, repair vent screens, and address wood-to-soil contact to prevent pest entry. This service targets common access points for rodents, insects, and wildlife, combining physical barriers with ongoing maintenance to protect properties long-term.
