Services
Termite Control
Our Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System uses bait stations to eradicate subterranean termites at their source. Certified technicians install monitoring stations around properties, replacing them with bait when termite activity is detected. This method earned the Presidential Green Chemistry Award and provides guaranteed protection for residential and commercial properties across Southern Arizona.
Bee/Wasp Control
Specialized removal of bees, wasps, and hornets using safe, humane methods. Technicians wear full protective gear while eliminating nests from attics, walls, and outdoor spaces. Includes sealing entry points and applying residual treatments to prevent re-infestation, with emergency services available for dangerous swarms near Tucson homes and businesses.
Rodent Control
Comprehensive rodent management combining exclusion techniques, trapping, and habitat modification. Technicians identify entry points, seal gaps with steel wool and caulk, then install tamper-resistant traps. Follow-up visits ensure complete eradication of pack rats, mice, and other desert rodents threatening Tucson properties.
Residential Pest Control
Customizable quarterly pest control plans for homes, covering over 45 common desert pests. Services include perimeter treatments, interior crack-and-crevice applications, and exclusion recommendations. Monthly, bi-monthly, and seasonal options available with guaranteed results and free re-services between scheduled visits.
Commercial Pest Control
Tailored pest management for restaurants, warehouses, and offices across Southern Arizona. Includes quarterly inspections, digital reporting, and compliance documentation. Uses child-safe, pet-friendly products with minimal disruption to business operations, backed by 75 years of commercial pest control expertise.
