Services
General Pest Control
Our quarterly pest control program protects Charleston homes from common pests like roaches, ants, and spiders. Using integrated pest management techniques, we identify and eliminate infestation sources while applying targeted treatments. Commercial properties receive monthly maintenance to ensure pest-free environments for businesses.
Mosquito Management
Three-week mosquito treatment schedules create protective barriers in outdoor spaces. Our seasonal treatments from April-December target breeding areas and reduce populations through specialized spraying techniques. Special event services ensure mosquito-free outdoor gatherings for weddings or parties.
Bed Bug Eradication
Comprehensive bed bug inspections identify hidden infestations in mattresses, furniture, and wall voids. Heat treatments and targeted chemical applications eliminate all life stages. Follow-up inspections guarantee complete eradication with no additional charges for return visits.
Fire Ant Control
Professional treatment targets invasive red imported fire ant colonies that threaten property safety. Our baiting systems and mound treatments address both visible and hidden nests while minimizing environmental impact. Regular maintenance prevents reinfestation in treated yards.
Moisture Control
Crawlspace vapor barrier systems prevent moisture-related pest infestations and structural damage. Our specialists install complete moisture control solutions that protect against termites and fungus while improving indoor air quality through proper humidity management.
