Oak Hills Pest Control was founded in 1977 by Wes Evans in a small office on Main Street in Boerne. With a vision of creating a successful pest control company, he and his wife Paula built it into the thriving business it is today. The company's core belief is that customer service is of the utmost importance, and this principle has shaped the company culture for the past 47 years.

From its humble beginnings, Oak Hills Pest Control has grown from a one-person operation to a team of over 15 employees working in a larger location. Our goal is to provide top-notch pest management services to satisfy our clients' needs. We achieve this by ensuring that each of our team members has the necessary knowledge and tools for success. All of our service technicians undergo a thorough background check and are trained and certified in accordance with Texas Department of Agriculture regulations.

Expanded Outside Service (EOS)

EOS is an outside treatment that creates a 10-15 foot barrier around the house. This includes treatment around all windows and doors and is designed to use less residual products inside the house by stopping insects before they enter. If a problem arises inside, we will specifically target the problem at no additional charge.

Lawn and Tree Care

We are invested in our customers, the environment, and safety, and we understand that lawn maintenance is essential to many of our clients. Our lawn and tree care services ensure that your pets, children, lawn, and environment will not be affected by our products. Our team keeps your shrubs and trees healthy and beautiful so that you can enjoy your landscape while leaving the worry to us.

New Construction Treatment (NCT)

NCT is a mid-construction preventative using borates. Timbor is a wood treatment for Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, Formosan Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Borers, Powder Post Beetles, and wood decay fungi. Timbor is applied to the frame of the house to ensure a uniform treatment to the entire structure. Conventional termiticides break down over time, but Timbor protects your home indefinitely.

Executive Service

Our Executive Service includes treating the interior and exterior of the house, the entire lawn, and all shrubs for invading insects. It is great for ant, chinch bug, and cockroach control.

Pest Control with Termite Protection Option

For an additional fee, we offer termite protection. This service covers any cost of treatment if termites should infest your house or business. We offer all service options at scheduled service intervals, including monthly, quarterly, and annually, and all services come with a 48-hour guarantee!
