Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services combine liquid treatments and Vikane fumigation to eliminate infestations. Certified technicians perform thorough inspections to identify drywood and subterranean termites. We use Termidor, the industry's leading defense against ground termites, and offer three-year warranties on fumigation treatments. Structural repairs and moisture control solutions prevent future infestations while maintaining property integrity.
Pest Management
Customized pest management programs address ants, rodents, and common household pests. Our eco-friendly approach includes quarterly and bi-monthly service plans starting at $89. Licensed applicators create personalized prevention strategies using Orange Oil Plus and Bora-Care treatments. Free initial inspections identify entry points and develop long-term solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Fumigation
Vikane gas fumigation eradicates drywood termites in inaccessible areas. The two-night process requires no post-treatment cleaning and includes roof access preparation. Our three-year warranty covers re-infestation, with optional re-fumigation. Technicians provide detailed preparation guides and handle all safety certifications, ensuring complete structural protection without residual chemicals.
Gopher Removal
Non-toxic gopher control solutions protect landscapes without endangering pets or children. Our four-step process includes exclusion barriers and habitat modification. Technicians identify tunnel systems and implement mechanical removal strategies. Free consultations assess damage extent and develop prevention plans using environmentally safe deterrents and exclusion methods.
Dryrot Repair
Dryrot and fungus remediation addresses moisture sources causing structural decay. Our team identifies plumbing leaks or roof issues creating conducive conditions. Damaged wood is replaced with pressure-treated alternatives while maintaining original construction integrity. Post-repair treatments prevent recurrence, and inspections ensure complete moisture elimination from affected areas.
