Rodent Control
We implement multi-phase rodent control programs featuring exclusion techniques, attic dusting, and habitat modification. Our approach combines immediate elimination with long-term prevention strategies like sealing entry points and moisture control. Services include safe removal of rats, mice, and nuisance wildlife while complying with environmental regulations.
Integrated Pest Management
This systematic approach combines 14-point inspections with customized treatment plans addressing insects, rodents, and structural vulnerabilities. Our IPM services include sanitation reviews, exclusion methods, and quarterly monitoring. The program documents pest sightings and treatment history while incorporating biological controls and targeted pesticide applications when necessary.
Structural Repair
As licensed California contractors, we repair pest-related damage including termite-affected woodwork and moisture decay. Our services extend to attic restoration, window/door replacements, and custom carpentry. This division works alongside pest control teams to address both immediate infestations and underlying structural weaknesses that contribute to recurring pest issues.
