Services
Pest Control
Our quarterly pest control program protects Carolinas homes from ants, spiders, roaches, and other common pests. Technicians perform thorough interior/exterior inspections and treatments targeting entry points. Follow-up visits focus on exterior barriers using eco-friendly solutions that maintain effectiveness between scheduled services while minimizing environmental impact.
Termite Control
Specialized termite management includes annual inspections, bait stations, and liquid treatments for subterranean and Formosan termites. Our Carolinas-focused approach addresses moisture control issues that attract colonies while providing repair cost coverage through service agreements. Technicians use advanced detection methods to identify hidden infestations before significant damage occurs.
Mosquito Control
Monthly mosquito barrier treatments create protective zones around residential properties using EPA-approved insecticides. Our technicians apply residual sprays to foliage and breeding areas, reducing populations for 3-4 weeks. The program includes seasonal treatments targeting larvae in standing water and adult mosquitoes in shaded areas around homes.
Flea Treatment
Comprehensive flea control addresses infestations in homes and yards through multi-phase treatments. Our specialists use growth regulators and residual sprays to eliminate all life stages from carpets, pet bedding, and outdoor environments. Follow-up treatments ensure complete eradication while providing prevention recommendations for pet owners in the Southeast climate.
Carpenter Ant Control
Targeted carpenter ant management locates and destroys nests in structural wood using baits and precision treatments. Technicians identify moisture issues attracting colonies and apply protective barriers to prevent re-infestation. The service includes wood treatment recommendations and seasonal inspections to protect against recurring infestations in humid Carolinas environments.

Questions
What is Integrated Pest Management?
IPM combines education and biological data to create environmentally sensitive pest control strategies that target specific infestations while minimizing chemical use.
Why do I still see pests after treatment?
While our quarterly treatments create protective barriers, new pests may enter between visits. We guarantee free re-services if issues persist.
How do pests enter homes?
Insects exploit gaps in foundations, windows, and doors. Our specialists identify and seal these entry points during inspections.
Are treatments safe for families and pets?
All our EPA-registered products are applied according to strict safety guidelines. Technicians explain any necessary precautions during service calls.
What happens if it rains after treatment?
Two treatments (granules and crack/crevice) resist weather effects. If pests return, we'll re-treat at no additional charge under our service guarantee.
