Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services protect properties from destructive infestations using advanced detection methods and targeted treatments. We specialize in Formosan termites, drywood termites, and native subterranean termites. Our licensed technicians implement customized solutions that include perimeter treatments, baiting systems, and structural repairs when necessary.
Pest Control
We offer comprehensive pest management for common Southwest Louisiana pests including ants, roaches, spiders, and scorpions. Our three-step process includes thorough inspections, targeted treatments, and ongoing monitoring. Services are available monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually to maintain pest-free environments for residential and commercial properties.
WDIR Reports
Cal-Cam provides official Wood Destroying Insect Reports (WDIR) for real estate transactions. Our licensed inspectors examine properties for termite damage and other wood-destroying organisms. These reports meet Louisiana lending requirements for home purchases, sales, and refinancing, with immediate documentation provided after inspection.
Mosquito Control
Our mosquito control programs reduce populations through targeted treatments and breeding site elimination. We use EPA-registered products applied by trained technicians to create protective barriers around properties. Services include one-time treatments for special events or recurring maintenance plans for continuous protection during mosquito season.
Bed Bug Treatment
We employ heat treatment and chemical applications to eliminate bed bug infestations. Our process includes detailed inspections, preparation guidance, and follow-up visits to ensure complete eradication. Technicians use specialized equipment to treat mattresses, furniture, and structural components while following strict safety protocols for residential environments.
