Services
Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control protects Phoenix homes from common desert pests like ants, scorpions, and termites. We use eco-friendly treatments targeting entry points and nesting areas while ensuring safety for families and pets. Regular inspections and barrier applications prevent future infestations, maintaining year-round protection for homeowners.
Termite Control
Specialized termite control services address both subterranean and drywood termites in Arizona. We employ bait stations, liquid termiticides, and annual warranties to eliminate colonies and prevent structural damage. Our technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify mud tubes, wood damage, and other infestation signs unique to Phoenix properties.
Scorpion Control
Targeted scorpion control uses Demand CS microencapsulated treatments to eliminate Arizona bark scorpions. We focus on outdoor nesting areas, garage cracks, and foundation gaps while providing 30-day follow-up visits. Our methods address both immediate threats and long-term prevention in desert climates.
Commercial Pest Control
Custom commercial pest management protects Phoenix businesses from roaches, rodents, and regulatory issues. Our services include staff training, IPM strategies, and compliance with Arizona Department of Agriculture standards. We serve restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, and retail spaces with minimal operational disruption.
Ant Control
Comprehensive ant control targets pharaoh ants, carpenter ants, and other Arizona species. We use bait stations, liquid treatments, and perimeter defenses to eliminate colonies while preventing re-infestation. Monthly or bi-monthly plans maintain protection for both residential and commercial properties.
