After gaining momentum through word-of-mouth referrals, Ted's company, initially named ACINITOX, continued to grow and evolve, adopting more eco-friendly practices and products. In 1998, the company changed its name to Acenitec to reflect its new focus on ecological approaches to pest control and lawn care.
