At Myzzer Rodent Exclusion, we understand the importance of having a pest-free home or commercial space. Our company was established in 1994 in Seattle, Washington, as an environmentally friendly alternative to standard poison and pesticide extermination programs. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our network of trained specialists to Oregon, California, and Arizona, with a mission to provide effective and eco-friendly solutions to prevent rodent infestations.

Our Story

Our founders realized that the traditional methods of controlling rodents were not only harmful to the environment but also ineffective in the long run. They saw an opportunity to create a service that would not only eliminate rodents but also prevent them from entering homes and buildings in the first place. By using poison and pesticide-free exclusion methods and exclusive products, we have been able to stop the biggest rodent problems in even the most sensitive situations.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to prevent rodent infestations, remove existing rodents, and restore homes and buildings to a safe and healthy environment. Our services include Rodent Building Inspection, the Myzzer RIP Program, Service Calls, and additional services such as Contaminated Insulation Removal and Replacement, Vapor Barrier Removal and Replacement, and Duct Replacement.

Our Rodent Building Inspection is a thorough examination of your home or building to identify all the standard entry points that let rodents sneak inside. We also check for tree clearance for rooftop access and crawlspaces and attics for nesting and contamination. This inspection is the first step towards a pest-free home, and we waive the inspection fee if you sign up for our 90-day RIP Program.

The Myzzer RIP Program is our flagship service, which takes three visits to complete. We understand that the faster we can eliminate the rodents, the better. Once your inspection has been done and any issues found are fixed, you're ready to trap any rodents hiding inside. We'll set up a visit every two weeks for three visits until we go through two weeks without any activity. At that point, your active service ends, and the house goes under warranty for the remainder of your 90 days.
