James Pest Management's roots run deep, stretching back to 1941 when Winford V. James, a pioneering figure in the pest control industry, embarked on his journey. From humble beginnings in Lafayette Springs, Mississippi, Winford, alongside his wife Dorothy, moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where he established his company. Driven by an unyielding commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Winford's unwavering philosophy, "Quality first, results in satisfied customers, " set the foundation for James Pest Management's enduring success. In 1948, they relocated to Jackson, Tennessee, further expanding their reach and establishing one of the largest independently owned pest control companies in West Tennessee.

A Legacy of Service

Through the years, James Pest Management has remained a family-owned and operated business, a testament to its core values and enduring dedication to its customers. Winford's legacy lives on through his son, Shane, who, since joining the family business, has followed diligently in his father's footsteps. Shane currently serves as Vice President, diligently learning the ropes with plans to take the helm upon Winford's retirement. This seamless transition ensures that the company's commitment to excellence and personalized service will continue for generations to come. In pursuit of providing comprehensive pest control solutions, a new location was established in Columbus, Mississippi in 2003, further expanding the company's footprint and its ability to serve even more customers.
